Located in a small and characteristic hamlet of the Chianti area, Villa Chiantigiana is a country house with every confort including the private swimming pool and panoramic terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the valley, decorated and perfumed with flowers and plants typical of this area

The pool has been bordered with natural stone, which is laid out in a pleasant lawn, where you can find coolness and relax.

The villa has been expertly restored preserving the typicality of the country house. Fine accessories and bathrooms finished in marble embellish this residence in the Chianti area. The living room on the ground floor has a large fireplace; the spacious and comfortable kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge / freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Still on the ground floor there is a small service.

The staircase leads to the rooms on the first floor; in one of the bedrooms there is a private bathroom; the other two share a second bathroom.
There is another bedroom in the small attic, with adjoining bathroom.

Even the outdoor spaces are equipped to enjoy all the comforts in the open air.
